Fit Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Nero product. If the fit isn’t right, you have 99 days to return your order for a full refund.

How it works:

If you’ve ordered multiple items, only open and try on one.

Example:
If you order 2 pairs of shorts, open and try on one pair. If the fit isn’t right, send both pairs back for a refund. The tried-on pair must be clearly identifiable as the opened one.


Important

We do not refund single-item orders that have been worn or washed.

Returns must be in original condition. We may refuse refunds for items that are damaged or show signs of heavy wear.

You must include the original packaging and tags. Returns without original packaging will be refused.

Underwear is final sale and cannot be returned.

Canada, Australia and Rest of World – Please email help@nerofabric.com with your order number and let us know whether you’d like to return or exchange for a specific size. We will generate a return label for you.


Return Handling Fee

A return handling fee will be deducted from your refund:

United Kingdom: £10.00

United States: $10.00 USD

Canada: $15.00 CAD

Australia & Rest of World: $20.00 AUD, NZD

This fee covers return label, handling, and processing costs.


Reimbursement

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should appear on your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
