Fit Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind every Nero product. If the fit isn’t right, you have 99 days to return your order for a full refund.

How it works:

If you’ve ordered multiple items, only open and try on one.

Example: If you order 2 pairs of shorts, open and try on one pair. If the fit isn’t right, send both pairs back for a refund. The tried-on pair must be clearly identifiable as the opened one.

Important:

We do not refund single-item orders that have been worn or washed.

Returns must be in original condition, we may refuse refunds for items that are damaged or show signs of heavy wear.

Underwear is final sale and cannot be returned.

Rest of world - Please email help@nerofabric.com with your order number and explaining if you want to return or exchange for a specific size. We will then generate a returns label for you.

Reimbursement

We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via e-mail once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.
