Delivery

Every order is prepared and dispatched with care from one of two fulfilment locations, matched to where you are in the world.


Fulfilment

Orders placed from the United States and Canada are fulfilled from our North American warehouse. All other destinations — including the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.


Estimated delivery times

All orders are processed within one to two business days of being placed. The following windows reflect standard transit times from dispatch.

United States: 3 to 6 business days

Canada: 5 to 9 business days

United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days

Europe: 4 to 8 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days

Rest of World: 9 to 16 business days

These are estimates from the point of dispatch. Delays arising from customs clearance, carrier volumes, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend these windows. A tracking number is issued as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


Duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties and local taxes may be assessed upon entry into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend consulting your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable rates before placing your order.

United States & Canada will experience no duties and taxes as they are included in the total price. 


Order tracking

A tracking link is sent by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received confirmation within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nerofabric.com and we will look into it promptly.
